Once the subscription is purchased, you will receive an email with a link to submit the recipient’s Friend Code (1st screenshot below). You can either forward the email to the recipient for them to directly claim, or you can submit their Friend Code yourself.
Once the gift has been redeemed, the recipient will be notified that they received a Plus gift in their Finch app (2nd screenshot below)!
