Finch was started by 2 friends (Nino & Steph 🙇🏾♂️🙇🏻♀️) who struggled with anxiety and depression and found self care challenging to stick with. We decided to build Finch with the mission to make self care fun and accessible after seeing many others share similar struggles.
Finch was recently launched in May 2021, and we appreciate you being an important part of our early journey by giving Finch a chance!
Nino randomly suggested Finch from Atticus Finch in “To Kill A Mockingbird”. After researching Finch birds and seeing that they have quite inspirational personalities that seemed to align with mental health, we stuck with the name!
No haha! They are Finch, specifically based off of the Zebra Finch. Although we don’t mind either way and your birb can be whatever you want them to be!

Your finch will tell you how long it will take to get to its next growth stage! You’ll see your birb grow to its first stage, toddler after 7 adventure days and a total of 67 adventure days to be an adult!
