We consider these the fundamental and essential needs for our full-time employees. While we can’t guarantee adjustments will be made, we do commit to re-evaluating our benefits at the end of each year and reflect on individual needs and the state of the company.
Health
🍎 Insurance
- Employees can opt into one of our insurance plans that is 100% paid.
- Dependents have partial coverage (ask Nino for any questions!)

US Health Insurance Details
- The first dependent (spouse or child) will have 50% of health insurance covered. Out of pocket cost depends on your insurance
- Dependents are children under the age of 26, spouse, or domestic partner (when two people who live together and share a domestic life, but aren't married or joined by a civil union. In some states, domestic partners are guaranteed some legal rights, like hospital visitation.)

- Coverage differs per country but we’ll guarantee at minimum the equivalent of covering 50% of the first dependent.
🧠 Monthly Wellness
You can expense the following:
- General wellness: $150/month. On what anything you find important for your overall wellbeing. This can go towards things like therapy, gym, etc.
- Therapy: $200/month, in addition to general wellness. We recognize that quality therapy can be quite expensive. We hope this can make it more encouraging to see therapists. → up to $350/month for therapy
Time Off

It’s important for everyone to be able to take time off to unwind, spend time with loved ones, and make time for surprising things that can just come up in life. We encourage everyone to take time off as needed— please just give advance notice.
