Benefits
We consider these the fundamental and essential needs for our full-time employees. While we can’t guarantee adjustments will be made, we do commit to re-evaluating our benefits at the end of each year and reflect on individual needs and the state of the company.
🍎 Insurance
- Employees can opt into one of our insurance plans that is 100% paid. We also fully cover dental and vision.
- The first dependent (spouse or child) will have 100% of health insurance covered.
- Dependents are children under the age of 26, spouse, or domestic partner (when two people who live together and share a domestic life, but aren't married or joined by a civil union. In some states, domestic partners are guaranteed some legal rights, like hospital visitation.)
- US employees will manage their insurance through Rippling (see below for insurance policy options) and international employees manage through Deel (details are country-specific).

🧠 Monthly Wellness
You can expense the following:
- General wellness: $200/month. On what anything you find important for your overall wellbeing. This can go towards things like therapy, gym, etc.
- Therapy or coaching: $200/month, in addition to general wellness. We recognize that quality therapy can be quite expensive. We hope this can make it more encouraging to see therapists. → up to $400/month for therapy if combined with General Wellness
🏝️ PTO
It’s important for everyone to be able to take time off to unwind, spend time with loved ones, and make time for surprising things that can just come up in life. We encourage everyone to take time off as needed— please just give advance notice.
- 20 days per year and accrue up to 40 days.
- Okay to have up to -5 days (-40 hrs)
- You will lose unused PTO beyond 40 days
- PTO accrues in advance on the first day of each biweekly pay period at 1.54 PTO days per month (~0.077 hrs/workday, ****~0.77 PTO days per pay period)
