Company-wide meetings

These are the company wide meetings that are scheduled for everyone.

Stand up

• Monday: async standup in slack via #standup, no strict timeline but encouraged to post during your morning about your weekend and what you plan to focus on in the upcoming week.
• Thursday 10:30am PT: meet at the couches on Gather and share what we’ve done this week, remaining priorities, and any blockers.

Finch Care Time

Other Meetings

• Biweekly 1:1s with your manager
• Each team sets their own cadence, usually 1-2 times per week
